and achieving and maintaining a healthy weight.

Quitline (13 78 48) is a confidential, free service for people who want to quit smoking. The service will provide you with information, advice and assistance tailored to your particular needs. Counsellors are available 7am–10pm, 7 days a week.



Healthier.Happier is a Queensland Government initiative that offers great tools to help you become more active, improve your nutrition and generally be Heathier and Happier. Also, discover your "Health and Fitness Age" and how you can improve it.
