I pledge to get fit enough to ride forty km through the back roads of the San Jose hills, run ten km loop around the quarry road, with my dog, and to do twenty consecutive chin-ups by December 25 2015.
That will mean I'll be strong enough to ride the mountain bike trail along the Grand Canyon next year!
